What is Physical Therapy?

After you have been seen and diagnosed by a physician, a physical therapist may treat you. In a comfortable private room, a physical therapist will help you with a combination of pain-relieving methods, including hands-on manipulation, therapeutic exercise, cold laser, ultrasound and TENS. Our physical therapists use techniques from all over the world and are constantly increasing their knowledge with workshops and continuing education.

Our therapists are trained in McKenzie technique, cranial-sacral, Feldenkrais, yoga and many other modalities.

You usually need a prescription for physical therapy, which you can obtain from a referring physician or from one of our staff physicians.
